Categories of Personal Data We Collect
We collect information you give us (for example when you contact support or save a reading) and information collected automatically (for example device type or IP address).
Some features may process on-device content such as saved spreads, journal notes, or optional profile details. Access that requires a system permission is requested only through an on-device prompt.
2.1 Data we receive from you
2.1.1 Identifiers. If you write to support, you may provide a name and/or email address. This is optional and used to respond to you.
2.1.2 Reading and profile content. You may enter questions, intentions, names, birth dates, or other details to personalize a tarot spread. You may also save readings, card draws, or journal notes. This content is used to provide the reading experience. Unless you contact us with it, we do not use journal entries for advertising.
2.1.3 Feedback. You may send screenshots, device details, or a description of a problem so we can help.
2.2 Data we collect automatically
2.2.1 Referral data. The referring URL or campaign if you opened the App from an advertisement.
2.2.2 Device and location-related data. Language, IP address, time zone, device type and model, OS version, ISP or mobile carrier, and hardware identifiers. We do not request precise GPS location for core tarot features.
2.2.3 Usage data. Features used, taps, session length, spreads completed, subscription events, and crash logs.
2.2.4 Advertising identifiers. Apple IDFA, IDFV, or a similar UUID. You can usually reset or limit these in your device settings.
